A very mild and sweet tasting mustard green that is a wonderful addition to any salad. Will produce for weeks as a cut and come again crop. It is also very winter hardy, and is one of our staples for greens in the winter garden. For winter harvesting, sow in September and pick the leaves as needed all winter. Sow ¼” deep, several seeds/foot and thin to a few inches apart. Best grown in early spring to midsummer, and again in late summer/early fall for a winter crop.
