Easy to grow salad green with attractive leaves. Mustard flavour is mild when leaves are small, but can get quite fiery when the leaves are large. The heat disappears when cooked. Best grown in spring or in fall for overwintering.
In well-prepared soil, sow 4-6 seeds/ inch, about ¼” deep from about mid-March onwards on the West Coast. approx. 150 seeds/packet
