Parsley, Dark Green Italian
Parsley is a must-have in every garden. Slow to get going, but once established parsley shines all year long on the west coast. Only a prolonged snow cover will knock it back, but it is among the first greens to come back in the early spring for another flush of greens before going to seed later on.
