We really like this pepper, but it packs a spicy punch—definitely “hot”. This pepper can be eaten at any stage, from yellow to bright red at ripeness. They are often used for pickling peppers, but we use them in salsas too. It does well in pots too as the plants don’t get too large, about 2’ tall. Does well on the West Coast too, withstanding cooler temps better than many peppers.
