Winter squash. Classic, light-brown skin with orange flesh. Small seed cavity. Fruits can reach up to about 8lbs, and will store for several months. Start inside 2-3 weeks before setting out in warm weather, usually late May on the West Coast. Protect from weather extremes until plants are settled in. Harvest squashes when the plants die down and cure them in a warm spot for a week or so. approx. 20 seeds/packet
