We ship seeds in the order that we receive them, but orders almost always are shipped within a day or two except at peak season, where there might be a delay of a few days.

We ship via Canada Post. We will ship anywhere outside of Canada but we can not guarantee that it will get there. The risk is yours. That being said, orders to the US are pretty reliable. We have a flat shipping rate of $8.oo in Canada, whether your order is $4.00 or $44.00. Shipping to the US and elsewhere is $15.00.

You will receive an email both confirming that we received your order and that it has been shipped.

Our seed is germination tested and we are confident that it exceeds Canada No.1 standards, so if for any reason you are unsatisfied email us and your money will be refunded, or we will ship you an alternative. We don’t usually get complaints about germ rates, but things can happen. Mistakes occur, and if for some reason nothing comes up, contact us and we will either replace your seeds or your money, no problem.
